Well, since we were just so efficient with our painting, we were assigned the job of helping to build a tool shed. Luckily the roof and outer 3 walls had been around for a while, so we were able to work without being in the rain that poured down.
The highlight of this whole escapade was the chance to use power tools! Yes, they let me use a circular saw and I even cut very long lines very straight. I also acquired a new nickname - Sparky. |

On Friday the groundskeeper decided that the ground was dry enough to mow, so we became the lawn mower brigade. Despite the fact that half of us had never used a push mower, we were quite successful and were even finished early.
Ma Spitz even got to use a new mower. |
